While Southwest gets Customers from point A to point B, David analyzes cellphone towers and their performance to ensure that people are connected to family, friends, and work associates through their mobile device networks. David travels all over the country. Most of his business trips are quick ones—he sometimes leaves his home in Kansas City, Missouri, and returns the same day—and he depends on Southwest’s ontime service to get the job done.
