Speaking to investors and financial analysts Monday morning in Dallas, Gary Kelly announced that Southwest has filed an application with the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) to add our fourth destination in Mexico with daily roundtrip service between John Wayne Orange County Airport (SNA) and Licenciado Gustavo Diaz Ordaz International Airport in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico (PVR), beginning June 7, 2015! Gary also announced our intention to offer nonstop service on Saturdays between Baltimore Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) and San Jose del Cabo/Los Cabos, Mexico (SJD), beginning June 13, 2015, also pending route authority approvals. Reservations and ticketing will be available through Southwest.com once required approvals are received.
