What Southwest is failing to realize is two things with this system error.
1. You are allowing inexperienced, travelers with little or no loyalty to Southwest to board before us in A-List Preferred and A-List.
2. You are using the easy answer of "you are allowed to board after the A group, regardless of your assigned boarding position, if you are an A-List or A-List Preferred memeber." Well the problem with that, is most A List members are stuck with B and C group, and will be attempting to do this. There will be a long line of A List members who were effected by your error who will be lining up after the A group. This is still going to cause many A List members to get stuck with poor seating choices. The accomodation should be allowing us to board after Business Select boards, and before the A group , non A-LIst members .
