Over head bin space is scarce. Why does Southwest not enforce the 1 bag and 1 personal item rule when passengers are boarding. This 1 and 1 rule does not mean an oversized purse, a backpack, an oversized bag plus 2 sopping bags crammed full and a meal for the flight. The abuse and apparent cavalier attitude about it by Southwest staff is so frustrating! If you are going to have a rule and you aren't going to abide by it why even have it???
