Hi @Brianfollese

I'm sorry to hear about your computer. A couple options you have are 1) follow up with the TSA so they can return your computer if it's found, and 2) contact 1-800-I-FLY-SWA to fill out a Lost and Found report. If we locate your item and are able to match it to a Lost and Found report, we'll reunite you with it as soon as possible.

Is there any type of liability coverage for the item if it is not fount?

Hi @CPSal,

You can read about our Limitations of Liability in the Southwest Airlines Contract of Carriage on Southwest.com.

1) Go to www.southwest.com

2) Scroll to the bottom of the page and look for the blue heading that says "Flying Southwest"

3) Below the heading, click on "Contract of Carriage"

4) Select either the Spanish or English version of the "Contract of Carriage"

5) On your keyboard, type "Control + F"

6) Search for "Limitations of Liability"

Hope this helps!

My I pad was taken from my checked in bag on July 17th from lax to smf flight 3892 departing  10:35 am to smf. Blue case. There was no note indicating my bag was checked by TSA.

If there is is anyone else who has missing items from their check luggage from that day?

No note that TSA checked my bags. Very disappointed when, they allow a service to check in baggage. I have flown 10 times a year, I am very disappointed that I may fly into another airport and not support employees who take belongings from checked in bags.
