can my small dog fly for free?
i have all appropriate paper work.
fda approved carrying case.
it says in the print, (all animals are "subject" to a 95.00 fee.)
so may or may not be charged ??? or what?

The pet fee is $95 per carrier, and the carrier must fit under the seat in front of you, and counts as on of your carry on items.

If you have documentation as an emotional support dog or service dog.... no you do not have to pay the 95.00 fee
