I need help! i applied for Customers serviece Agent and i recieved an email with a link to complete the application, but when i click on it and put my imformation i got this message  The specified login and password were not found in the system. Can someone help me with that because i have until March 7 to complete my application.

Hi @emmy,

 

Have you already created a username and password for the application site like you did for your dashboard? If not, that may explain why it doesn’t recognize the information. This site may be a completely different site that requires you to register again?

 

I’m not familiar with the link in your email so this is my best guess. @KelbyTansey may be able to help!
