Exactly ... this guy has some nerve to try to get around SWA policies by claiming to be exempt because he is with the "media". Nonsense. There's quite a bit of difference between "Law Enforcement Today" and "ABC."

So by your definition every single website out there that provides news must meet your arbitrary definition of media?

Shall we strip every single liberal entertainment network out there of their media status because they dont provide news?   CNN for example, is no longer a news network, I cant even remember the last time they actually provided news.  Probably why they are below Nickelodean in the ratings.

LET provides news.  They qualify as media.  They are not getting around anything, they are following the rules SWA set out.  If SWA wants to make the rules to qualify as media you must provide a viewership of X million, then they can.  Until that time LET is a media outlet and qualifies.

You have some nerve stating they are not exempt when SWA clearly says they are.

Next thing you know we will have preboarders faking an injury to get around SWA policies.....

Lol @spacecoastbill, this post didn't go over as well as you thought it would.  Same reaction on FT too.

Didnt see the FT stuff, but all it shows is the small minded bias of individuals.

Typical of half of the country today.

Bottom line is the guy is right, and the SWA employee needs training or a new job.

Yup. And they don't qualify. Case closed.

Well, considering it is a website that distributes news and information, yes.

Until SWA puts a different definition on it, they deifnitely apply.
