Planning a cruise in the fall. We were going to drive but have devded to fly. I already ordered new bags but am now concerned about them being oversized. The measurements of the bags according to the description is 33''H x 14''W x 15.5''D, 7.1 lbs. These are soft sided rolling duffle bags. Are these going to count as oversized bags? What if I don't fill them full? I hate the idea if starting over. More so, I'd hate to be hit with the last minute surprise of having to pay extra!

Your dimensions seem to add up to the limit of 62" total, actually a half-inch over I don't expect that would be literally checked with a tape measure, especially if you stay under 50 lbs and the bags have handles for ease of moving them, etc.
Something that heavy (and 33" height) and since you mentioned the oversize issue, I'm assuming is not a carry-on, but here you go just in case:
