Hi, I recently checked in to a flight. I am a single passenger, but upon Checking in, I noticed another random person was added to my check in. They are not on my itinerary and having them there prevents me from using mobile boarding pass. Calling for asistance with this issue has not been useful so far. Looming for guidance to get them removed from my registration.

If you have a rapid rewards account and the mobile app you should be able to get your mobile boarding pass by logging in to your account since multi passenger reservations are now eligible for mobile boarding 

I don't know how someone can be added to your confirmation number unless you book multiple people on your reservation although I have heard of reused confirmation numbers.
