First, why isn't mobile one of the locations?
Secondly Everytime I log into my SW mobile device I get the message
Sorry, downstream service unavailable
Error 500599320
I have sent a mail request and it said change my password and reinstall. I did both those things and it is still happening. Very frustrating because it doesnt allow me to check in with my mobile device

Sorry to hear your having trouble logging in I’m not too sure what’s causing the error
you should still be able to check in without being logged in as long as you have the confirmation number that would be in the email confirmation. You could also try checking in on the website or you can call reservations to check in as well.
With the log log in issues I recommend you reach out to customer relations at 855-234-4654 and hopefully they can get to the bottom of it for you.
