I know one time booking another airline I had accidentally hit the back button and selected the wrong flight. Thank goodness for the 24-hour cancelation rule, that was a flight to a non-Southwest destination so there would have been a hefty change fee.

Thanks for all the advice... So I reached out to Southwest this am and was told even though I have screen shot of what I authorized Southwest to debit there is nothing they can do! I am just not buying it and will now be filing a complaint with the U.S. Department of transportation. Today’s conversation with no resolution was with Jolene Id# x229511. I truly hope southwest coaches these representatives I am speaking with and takes a serious look at how these reps are treating PAYING LOYAL CUSTOMERS!!
