I have purchased a flight for my son and daughter-in-law.  I need to add their TSA PRE numbers to their reservation.  How can I do this?

Solution

Hi @jgazzoli,

You can add their TSA PreCheck numbers by clicking here. You'll need to have their names and confirmation numbers handy to log in and make changes to the reservation.

Thanks for posting in the Community!

I have already purchased two tickets, so using the information and video regarding how to add the TSA Pre-check number to a booking is not helpful to me. How can I add that number to tickets already purchased?  Thanks!

Hi @Eastelfcn,

You can add your Known Traveler Number to an existing reservation here. Just make sure you have your  confirmation number handy!

Thank You for the info. I was also able to add my known traveler #.

All the links to previous responses do not work.  I have added my KTN to my profile for future flights, but I need to add to an existing flight.

Hi!  I'm apparently incompetent and entered in my KTN number incorrectly!  I just got it and was trying to add it to an existing flight.  I tried to repeat the process using the above links, but I can no longer type in my KTN.  It just says "on file."  How can I correct this error?  I already added it to my Southwest account (correctly, I might add).

Hi @Catherine543,

We're here to help! Have you checked your reservation to see if the KTN is already entered? It sounds like it might be, and that's why the system isn't giving you the option to enter it.
