I retired 6 weeks ago and still have not received my retiree ID card

who do I call?

Are you talking about a Southwest retirement id card? If so,I'd call SW Human Resources.

 

If it's a card from someone else, than I'd call the company that was supposed to issue it.

Southwest issues ID cards for retirees? What possible benefit would that serve?
