I'm trying to get a mobile boarding pass for me and my son. When I open the reservation in my phone, I can see both of our names, but only my boarding pass appears. Any idea how to get my son's boarding pass to come up? I want to save it to my wallet.

Solution
Does he have a Rapid Rewards # associated with his ticket? If so, you can sign out of the SW app and sign in with his credentials. Once signed in, you’ll be able to get the boarding pass and save it to your wallet. It’s a process, but it works!
Otherwise, you can visit here and enter his info to walk thru the check in process and obtain the boarding bag pass.
