I have been on hold for over 30 minutes, I need assistance with my boarding pass. This is an OUTRAGEOUS amount of time to be on hold with no help.

I have been on hold for almost 30 mins. Not even an option to leave my number and them call me back. I thought SWA had that as an option. I dont have my Conf. # and can not check in and my login does not work. i tried the lost user name and password and that didnt work either. All i want to do is check in!

Long hold times are, unfortunately, pretty much standard these days. Especially on a day when a new schedule hasn been released. Your best bet for a quick response is Twitter.
