Please help! I added my Known Traveler number to my SW profile last night. Today when i checked in for my flight tomorrow, my TSA precheck is not reflecting on my boarding pass. I have tried calling the 800 # to SWA, however you're experiencing extreme phone issues. PLease advise as to how I can have this added.
You can also check with the ticket agent at the airport to re-issue boarding passes, allow a little extra time to check with them if you weren't already planning on checking luggage.
