TSA Pre-Check shows on app boarding pass, but if I option for the Print it doesn't

I usually us the app for my boarding pass and also print one if I can, just in case. Today when I optioned for my boarding pass both my wife's and mine showed TSA Pre check fine. However, when I optioned, from the same Southwest check in page, to have one printed, it did not show the TSA precheck. I have done this often in the past with no problem. Any ideas?

Probably yet another Southwest glitch. My recommendation would be to use the mobile boarding pass to get through TSA, and then if it's easier bring a printed one to use for boarding the plane.
