Unable to check in online.

When I have tried to check in to my flight I get only a blank screen. This happens with both Mozilla and Chrome browsers. I am using a pc with Windows 7 OS and have tried logging off my account and closing the browser without any effect. Any suggestions?

The issue is widespread and has been happening since Monday. 😞

Thanks. I'm surprised the agent on the phone seemed completely unaware that there was a problem. Check-in eventually did work with my iPhone but not with my Windows pc. Presumably the issue has been fixed by now.

It looks like check-in is working, but people are still reporting issues with printing boarding passes and receiving email (including emailed BPs).

See my post earlier today 1/22/18 regarding blank page on check in - experienced this problem and have some detail errors attached.
