I have currently been on hold with the group travel number for an hour.  I continue to be on hold.  Is this normal?  I need to make a name change and seems to be no other way to do it besides calling.  This is extemely ridiculous.

Thanks! Trying the facebook route.  Currently still on hold and has been 78 minutes.  I need to resolve today or I wouldn't be staying on hold.
