I didn't realize that I needed to save my cancelled conformation number in order to use the funds for my next flight. I booked the trip in October and now want to use the funds but I deleted all of the emails that had the conformation number on them. Is there a way I can get that number back agian? I've checked my deleted emails and they are long gone now since its been so long.

Southwest phone reps used to be able to find lost funds using the credit card number used to make the purchase. Officially they can't do that anymore... but you might be able to find a rep who can still help. Here's the official policy:
Customers calling Southwest to request a refund or to research travel funds for a specific ticket must provide their confirmation number, ticket number or flight information (date, origin and destination).
