Swabiz Site errors

For the past several days, our agents are unable to get past the pricing page in and continue on to make a purchase when changing reservations. They click the "Continue" button and it goes nowhere. They then have to call reservations to have them manually make the change. We have called Southwest several times and it still isn't resolved. How do you get a message to the Web team to tell them it is a problem?

Sorry you are having trouble with the SWABIZ website.

 

Have you tried reaching out to customer relations? If not I would give them a call at 855-234-4654 or you could send SW a DM on Twitter and they can try and help or get the error passed on to the appropriate team.

Have you tried to clear your browser cache or try another browser?  That may not do it, but I remember having random buggy issues with the site in the past. Thought that might help if you haven’t already tried.

We were made aware of the issue at the beginning of last week.

It was affecting a small amount of our Customers (unfortunately you/your office was one), and was resolved on Friday morning (10/4/19).

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience and hope that everything is working as expected at this time.
