On July 18 took a flight from Punta Cana to Atlanta with a connection to New York. Weather conditions, and short on fuel caused flight to be diverted to Alabama. Time being short the connection to LGA left. Upon refueling and returning to Atlanta other incoming flights were arriving as well. Oh boy what a mess. One thing you can tell TSA, southwest and airport security nobody works together to help the people traveling and trying to make it home or to another destination. Yes safely and security will be everybody's excuse but consumers needs should be addressed as well. You have elderly, babies, people on medication a whole list of situations that I am not aware of. Furthermore once we finally get pass customs trying to get information about how to get to New York 11:30 pm information and 5:00 am from different southwest staff. Not the same.
