First Time Flying

Does Southwest do anything fun for kiddos who are taking their first flight?  Getting ready for our 2 1/2 year old daughter’s first flight!

It is up to the flight crew! Be sure to let your flight attendant know. What they do varies by crew, the flight duration, how on time things are, etc. Our youngest was given plastic wings on her first flight. For a 2 1/2 year old, they might do something a little more interactive.

Again, totally depends on the crew. The good news is that SW generally makes flying fun for folks of all ages regardless of whether it is your first flight or your 1,000th!

Happy flying!

If you are on twitter @Kmhampel it can't hurt to send them a message. Be vague in your mention to them about the first flight taking place, then they may ask for a direct message with your specific info if they can whip anything up. "@SouthwestAir" on Twitter.
