Lost Item

I left my laptop on a plane. Does anyone know someone I can call so I can be more proactive then just filing a report ?

Ugh, that's no fun. As frustrating as it may be, filing the report is the best way to get a lost item back. As long as you provided as much information as possible there's nothing else to do now besides wait. Items do get returned so don't lose hope yet, but it can take some time to be processed. Good luck!

@hannahsharpe1 also add the serial number to the report if you have it available.  There are several discussion forums where the person reported happy news soon after adding the information to the online report.
