So, here's the story....my wife and I fly Southwest a couple of times a year, from Chicago Midway to LAX, to visit our youngest daughter....but, recently, one of our other daughters, with her husband, and their daughter (our granddaughter), went so south Florida for a short vacation. The granddaughter, in sixth grade now, is a cancer survivor, having leukemia when she was three. She had a small stuffed pink dog, named Pups, all through out her illness....at the Fort Lauderdale airport, before boarding to retun home, she left Pups in the terminal....the daughter in LA contacted Southwest personnel, who searched, looked at a security video....anyway, Pups is gone, but the Southwest personnel could not have been nicer or more professional
