Hello,
I am trying to change my flight and unable to do it online. Since past two days i am getting hold time for 120 minutes. Pls help!!!!!!!

Unfortunately, hold times are sometimes very long, often whenever there's a significant adverse weather event, or a new schedule release, or IT issues. Your best bet when this happens (if you're unable to do what you need online), is to try contacting Customer Relations via Twitter. Good luck.
