Attempting to Use Cancelled Flight Funds

I am trying to book a flight. The originial flight was purchased June 19, 2017. I cancelled July 5, 2017. 

I am now trying to use my funds and the balance is showing as $1.00. Anyone know whats up with that?

There could be a few reasons.  You have one year to use the flight credit and your new travel must be completed by June 19, 2018. If this is not the case you should call SWA @ 1-800-435-9792
