I have just gotten bounced to a fourth telephone number while trying to get an itemized receipt for a trip. This is ridiculous customer service.

Now the vacation customer service rep is giving me attitude. She said she couldn't do it, after I got bounced back to her. Then got huffy when I asked to speak to a higher up...

Now she asked for my reservation number. Maybe she will be able to do something?

Back on hold, approaching 1 hour total hold time. Now I am explaing basic algebra to figure out the pricing. x+y=z, where flight=X, y=hotel, z=total price.

Ask them to fax your receipt.  Nice 1 pager with all the receipt info.  Been doing that for years.  I have mine faxed to a service that creates a pdf and emails it to me.  Up until Sunday, fax receipts was an option you could select but alas, it's apparently gone now .Smiley Sad
