E-Mail link not working on website

Hello,

I am trying to E-Mail customer relations, but when I click on the "E-Mail us" link, the information pops up in a tiny window, that makes it impossible to use. Every time I try to call the number the wait time is over an hour. HELP! How do I contact someone?

I would try to reach out in a DM on twitter or Facebook it may be faster than waiting on hold. 

If you are trying to email them from the website I would recommend doing it from a computer and not a mobile device.
