Group travel - Individual itinerary changes?

If group travel is booked, is it possible for 1 person in the group to change their itinerary and personally manage any changes in pricing/payment?

So with group travel you can do name changes up until 72 hours before the flight. 

 

Unfortunately you can't have 1 person on flight A and the rest of the group on flight B. So if someone needed to take a different flight you would want to cancel that person from the group (as long as that doesn't take you under 10 people or the 10% cancel rule it should be fine) And that person would need to book on there own on southwest.com or the mobile app at the current pricing.
