My employer uses SWABIZ but I'm not seeing anywhere on the traveler account that I can add my KTN. Will it automatically pull it over from the Southwest website when new flights are booked? Hope this makes sense.

Nevermind, I answered my own question. I just added the KTN to my SW account a few minutes before asking the question. It must've taken a few minutes to move over to the SWABIZ website because it's there now. It did pull it over automatically for anyone that may have a similar question.

You might want to check any existing reservations to make sure your KTN is attached. On the regular Southwest website, adding a KTN to your profile doesn't auto-populate it to existing reservations, just new ones made after it's added.
