Hi! My husband and I booked flights for ourselves, his daughter and her friend for spring break. They are both high school students. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the friend may no longer be able to join us. Am I reading this correctly that we are unable to change the name on a ticket and if we cancel that ticket we will be refunded but those funds can only be used by the friend? Thanks.
