No access from Europe

I am an American living overseas while I attend a masters program. While here, I cannot access the SWA website, for example, to book airfare for  my daughter within the US. Is there a way to fix this? I also can't access the app.

Others have suggested using a VPN with server in the United States will work. Otherwise you will need to call to make a reservation.

Others have reported the using the Southwest's cell app in CELL DATA MODE and not WIFI works, too.
