Check to see if there is a seasonal change, or else if Southwest is maintaining a service level to TUS then the flights must be coming and going from one of the other local hubs such as OAK, DEN, or LAS.
My guess would be that space and runway slots are very precious at SAN and they might have identified other connections at SAN that were in higher demand.
Hopefully you find some other acceptable routing for your TUS work.
