I am still waiting on my refund status . I called customer relations while back and talked to angel and sent in all information she said to send . I still have yet to hear anything of what is going on . I just want to know what steps to take next .

Refunds can take up to 2-3 billing cycles to show up on your debit/credit card statement
Also if she said she was issuing a refund it could takes up to a month to process it had to be approved by the financial team and that takes time same with if you send in documents.
If it has been a long time like a month maybe call back to customer relations or reach out to southwest on Twitter in a DM and maybe they can look it up and see what's going on.

I called the team at number for customer services at main office . I talked to someone and she said she leave message to person I have talked to before but that person has yet to call me back and help me out . This is poor customer services
