SOUTHWEST IT FAIL

I received a text that my flight was cancelled. I went online to rebook, but the SWA site showed my flight (5517) ontime. I called SWA and received a message that I would have a 5 minute wait. 90 minutes later I finally got through by which point all the direct flights were booked up, and the SWA website still showed 5517 on time. I have to now change planes and add four hours to my trip. tBy the way he flight still shows on time even though SWA said it's cancelled. In otherwords, you could still book seats on a SWA flight two hours after it was cancelled.
