IPhone app IS working .... here’s the screenshot from my iPad ... I have re-downloaded the app, powered off/on, etc.

was this happening when you start the app or in the middle of using the app?
is your southwest app at version 6.1.0 if not that could be your problem as I have the iPad and it seems to be working just fine for me
what version iPad do you have? Is your IOS up to date? Those could also be factors as to why it's not working as a new update just came out a couple days a go.
