I don't believe there is a set in stone policy. Ask nicely and you might get something. After the fact you can also provide information to customer relations and they may offer compensation. It often depends on the reason for the delay, bad weather will typically mean no vouchers while a mechanical or crew issue is more likely to be offered vouchers.
