Have you looked at the Viasat solution? It looks like a majority of the carriers are switching over due to the capabilites and speed.

As a business traveler, having fast reliable service is a critical and one of the criteria I use to select the carrier I fly.
Is SW planning on upgrading their service?
I see that American, Virgin American, and others are switching to the superior Viasat solution.
