the gentleman next to me is 3 for 3 with no WiFi. We’re both a list preferred.
Southwest does most things well... they really suck with their WiFi service.
Not sure why this is not a solvable issue.
Here we go 3 hrs and 20 min of non-productive time.
Sorry to hear about your wifi issues. Lots of people complain about it, and SW says it is working on it. I guess we'll see what happens.
You might want to complain to the airline via e-mail. To do so click on "contact us" at the bottom of this page, and then select e-mail from the contact choices listed on the top left of the ensuing page
I guess that I'm lucky - 17 flights so far this year, and all of them had serviceable wifi.
