In the past 4 months every flight I have had between Burbank and Phoenix has been at least an hour late. We fly at least 2 times a month. Different days and times. Each one at least an hour late. Ones was 2 hours and another 4 hours.
Currently I can depend on one thing from Southwest and that is that my flight will always be at least an hour late. I have missed meetings that has cost me time and money.
What is the current issue with Southwest?
