This past Sat, March 11th, my family and I came back from a wonderful trip to Washington D.C. on flight# 1943 from DCA to DAL. Please send my compliments and thanks for a great in-flight service from the flight attendant named Amber. Even though it was an early morning flight (first flight out of DCA), Amber was very cheerful and was wonderful to my kids (5 & 7 year old).
Kudos to Amber in making my 5 year old daughter feel "at home" on the flight and thanks for the extra packets of honey roasted peanuts which she has thoroughly enjoyed.
Having Amber and many awesome flight attendants on Southwest is one of the big reasons why we will continue to choose Southwest!
