On my recent flight with Southwest Airlines, I purchased access to the wifi for $8.00 but I and no one else on the plane were able to connect to the internet. I asked the flight attendant about the refund process and she said there was a form I could fill out online. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find that form and am wondering what steps other clients have taken to receive a refund?
