Glad to hear Timothy went the extra mile to make you happy by giving you some extra pretzels on your most recent flight. I would recommend sending southwest a message on Twitter or sending a message on the southwest website so southwest can pass on your kudos to the great Flight Attendant Timothy and his supervisors.
