Had a very interesting trip from BWI to MDW (1512) compliments of Mother Nature. After multiple trips to Grand Rapids for fuel we finally made it home. I want to commend the flight crew and Southwest for attempting to make us as comfortable as possible. Communication arrived as they received it and I felt we were kept in the loop. Great job Southwest and thank you.

We lost about 30 passengers due to impatience and want them to know they were still driving and I was home so ??

Thanks for sharing. Since this is a customer forum, for James to get credit you really should let the airline know.

You could simply cut and past your comment into your communication. Be sure to include your date of travel for SW to identify James.
