In flight entertainment options

Recently spent some extra time on Southwest and love the new options for inflight entertainment, especially ESPN.

However, any time I try to access one of the movie options, it takes me through the entire process to check if my AirTime Player is compatible and up to date.  I can see the test video and when I select that option at the end, it tries to load the selected movie.  Nothing ever happens.  It just stays in the loading screen until it times out.  Has anyone else dealt with this and found a solution?  Didn't seem to matter which movie was selected.

Using an iPad and all apps are up to date.

I have experienced it being rather cumbersome to get thru all the prompts, but I have had success in getting it to work each time. Note that I have been using the SW app on iPad ibstead of Airtime Player.
