I flew on SW Flight#1604 on Wednesday 3/18/20 from LV to RNO. Kudos to the attendant who assisted an elder passenger who wore a face mask and gloves. The attendant was very kind to her. Recapping the incident in my mind this morning, I appreciate the compassion that the flight attendant gave this passenger. Southwest's logo with the heart is meaningful.

So glad to hear the flight attendant on your flight was very kind and helpful. If you get a chance I would share this with Southwest directly on Twitter Or Facebook so they can pass on the kudos to the flight attendant and his/her supervisors.
