Crazy question: Restless Legs Syndrome on long flights --what do you do?

I believe what i have is Restless Leg Syndrome. I have to stand up, can't sit still, streching helps but looks really stupid in front of a crowd of seated passengers.

Does anyone else have this problem? I heard there are pharmaceutical remedies and thinking of talking to my doctor.

It is not a crazy question.  Fortunately it does not happen to me often but when it does, I just repeatedly flex my feet up and down and tighten/relax my thigh muscles.  It probably shakes the entire row and annoys the person next to me but I cannot come up with any other options.  I apologize to my seat neighbor if I get stern looks, and most people handle it well.  I wish I had better suggestions....
