Cuba Travel-Tourist May/April 2018

Good morning everyone,

I would appreciate some feedback pls. I am planning a trip to Cuba March/April 2018, here is what I need to know;

1) can still get a  Tourist visa and travel as such. Any links?

2)does the tourist visa have an expiration? To be used by?

3)if a tourist visa is no longer available, what else can I travel as, no business, religion, educational purposes. Just going for fun! To  experience the culture ie.Cars...
